STORE POLICY

RETURN + REFUND​​

  • Returns only apply to pre-made items.

  • You have 14 days to return an order after the receiving date. Please contact us or email us at hello@knoette.com for the reason of return. 

  • The cost of return will be covered by buyer.

  • You are responsible if any damages incur to the item during shipment, therefore, we strongly recommend the item be sent back well packaged.

  • We also strongly advice returned item/s to be sent via registered post, as in the event the item is lost, we reserve the right to not process the refund. Kindly please inform us on the tracking number.   

  • No return and refunds will be applied to custom orders, as these are uniquely knotted to preference and style.

DELIVERY 

  • We use two options for local (Singapore) delivery.

    • 1. Singpost Smartpac

    •  2. Courier service.

  • Singpost Smartpac will be used for smaller items. You should receive your item/s within 3 working days.

  • Courier service will be arranged for bigger items such as wall hangings, baby mobiles etc. You will receive your item/s within 3-5 working days for pre-made items.

  • Option of pick up is available. ( In view of covid-restrictions, this option will be available, but will be contactless. All purchases will be left on the outside for pick up.)

  • Delivery of custom orders will be privately made between buyer and seller.​

  • Overseas delivery is now available via Singpost.

    • Singapore Post Ordinary Mail is unregistered mailing which will not be insured.​

    • Singapore Post Registered Mail will be insured.
